Tell me about returns.
Well first off, you can return almost anything within 365 days (see below for more deets). The shipping is free (free for you, not for us) if you're in the U.S.
Enter your email address above and follow the instructions to print your free return label. We’ll refund you within 1-2 weeks of receiving your return.
What exactly can I return?
All items purchased within the last year (365 days to be exact).
Jewelry, but it must be returned with original packaging.
Personal Care items (like soaps, lotion, etc) must be unopened and in their original packaging.
What exactly can’t I return?
Final Sale items purchased during the Surplus Sale
Free gifts or promotional items
Bathing suits that have been worn or are missing the hygienic lining
What if I need a different size?
Enter your email above to get started, select the reason why your item(s) did not fit, and we’ll make sure you get the right size.
How soon will I get my money back?
We try and process all returns as quickly as possible, which is within 1-2 weeks once we receive your return.
How do I return an in-store purchase?
Besides going back to the store and returning it, you can also shoot a note to email@example.com with your name, shipping address, a copy of your receipt, and the name of the item(s) you want to return. We’ll send you a pre-paid return label and then all you have to do is pop it in the mail.
How do I return or exchange a gift? (Don’t worry, we won’t tell.)
Check out our gift return page and follow the instructions. It’s pretty easy, even by our standards.
What’s the deal with Instant Credits?
An Instant Credit is a temporary credit in the dollar amount of the items you’re returning. You can use this credit to buy anything on our site while we process your return. Don’t worry, any remaining credit balance will be put back on your card once we receive your return. You can also opt not to use your credit and just stick your return in the mail for a full refund.
If you use your instant credit and then don’t send us your return, you will be charged for the amount of instant credit used.
What if I’m not in the U.S.?
We love to travel as much as the next guy, but our pre-paid return labels only cover shipments within the U.S. Feel free to send your return to 1572 California Street, San Francisco CA 94109 and we’ll process it for you.
